Would you believe that many of our personal problems stem from our early childhood experiences? As an integrative mind-body psychotherapist, Jennifer helps clients navigate through a range of issues including abandonment, conflictual relationships and healing the inner wounded child. She has clinical experience and interest in Anxiety, Mood and Personality Disorders, explicitly Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder, as well as treating those who have been impacted by Narcissistic abuse. Jennifer enjoys working with clients on their shadow self, whether it be facing challenges related to depression, childhood issues, reparenting or simply lifestyle and nutritional guidance. Her goal is to meet each of her clients where they are, holistically.

Through a strong collaborative therapeutic relationship, Jennifer believes that you are able to journey through your presenting problem in an environment that is supportive, nonjudgmental and more importantly, emotionally safe. Together, Jennifer will assist you in exploring thoughts, behaviors and patterns, to gain deeper insight into your problems. Motivated by solutions, she offers a framework, which encourages and actualizes strategies towards wholeness. She believes strongly in self-care and the ability to balance the internal, as well as the external, to be harmoniously grounded in your most authentic self.

If you would like to learn more about Jennifer’s approach or if your hope is to cultivate emotional intelligence in your daily life, please feel free to contact her for a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
